P90X Lean Day 9: Cardio X
Confession: I still hate Yoga.
In fact, I hate it so much I again fast forwarded through the second half of the Yoga on this video. Partially because I was running out of time to get everything done, but mostly because I just don't like it. I need to fix this; I need to force myself to get through it. I like the second and third portions (notice: like, not love), so that should be my "reward". Part of my issue with time is that I'm doing this workout after I work the morning shift at one of my jobs; I get home at 9:30. I don't have to go back to work until 3:30 or 4, but this is my only day during the week where I can get stuff done.
I didn't do the planks on the ball like what was suggested last week; I really thought about it and it's just not as feasible as I'd like.
Overall, another good, solid workout down, several more to go!
