P90X Lean Day 16: Cardio X

I promise, I really attempted the Yoga in this today. I really, really did, and I almost got through it. It wasn't easy but I only fast forwarded about 3 minutes of it. When my butt feels better I need to run after this video. It's just not enough cardio in my opinion... while I do sweat and get my heart rate up, it's just not a great workout.
