P90X Lean Day 19: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X

Well, well, well, here we are again. Back to the dreaded back video. Fortunately this time, thanks to my husband and neighbor, I have my own fabulous pull-up bar. Ok, it's not fabulous but it does the trick. It cost less than $10... two scrap 2x4s and 2 1-1/4" dowels. It's semi-permanent and with the assistance of our two step stool I can do assisted pull-ups! I still have that fear of falling though. Ugh.

I attempted the ARX again and did a tad better, but not wonderfully. I'm still skipping a bunch of the moves. I was able to do a bunch of the leg moves, but some of those squats and lunges were killer with my lack of flexibility and movement at the moment. Keep on truckin' along...
