P90X Lean Day 15: Core Synergistics and Weigh-In Wednesday
Ow, ow, ow.
You don't realize how important your tailbone is until you do this video. Tony's big thing is that Core Synergistics is using the muscles and movements that you use in everyday life. I guess that's true... and holy crap do you move your butt more than you think!
I had to just fast forward through some of the parts, I just couldn't do it. I literally laughed when it was time to do the ab work on the floor. I can't get up and down easily, so trying to sit on the hard concrete and do Superman/Banana was a joke. This is further solidifying my decision to repeat this week (Week 3) and push my rest week off until we go on vacation.
In good news though, I'm down to 148.8. Another pound gone! I still struggle with trying to get enough protein, but the good news is I'm between that 1600-1800 calorie range every day. Now that's an accomplishment.
