P90X Lean Day 20: Kenpo X
Well lookie here, I have coordination! I actually got down the L-R-L-L-R-L movements! Concentration is a good thing, that's for sure. I still can't do all of the kicks, but I'm working on it. No running again though after my poor attempt Saturday. I figured it just wasn't worth trying it and risking being injured more. Engaging the abs is getting easier too, and I've determined this workout is great at getting some frustration out!
