P90X Lean Day 13: Kenpo X
Upper body workout: check.
Lower body workout: ummmm.
Due to my bruised bum, I couldn't do the leg kicks. I can go to the front, just not to the side and back. I'm seriously hoping this is better by next week, I NEED this workout. I nixed the running as well since I was pretty sore still this morning. Ab Ripper Hell is still TBD; I might do that tonight and just do crunches for the exercises I can't do.
I did make a decision this morning; next week I need to schedule a short run after Kenpo. It's a good, solid workout, but I feel like I need more. Jackson will be thrilled I'm sure...
Oh! And my coordination is VERY slowly but surely improving. I figured out why I have problems with one of the moves; it's because it goes L-R-L, L-R-L. For some reason I just cannot get the hang of 2 Ls in a row (or 2 Rs on the next set). I did engage my abs though and felt great doing it!
