P90X Lean Day 38: Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and Ab Ripper X

Here it is again. I have to say this is by far my least favorite workout of this program. I dread it.

I did more pushups today but I did skip the one-handed version and the airborne. It's just not worth it to me to possibly cause injury, especially with the airborne variety. I just can't risk falling funny and busting my wrist. The one-handed pushups are a bit of a puzzle; I can't seem to do them without rounding my back, which I'm going to assume is a bad thing.

I did feel a little bit more confident in this workout today and I didn't feel like I wanted to yell at the screen too much... I'm hoping this means I'm not nearly as sore tomorrow.

As a side note, C sent me a message a couple days ago asking if I was interested in running a 4-mile race tomorrow. Um, yeah... not prepared but I'll do it anyways!
