P90X Lean Day 33: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
While I do love my new makeshift pull-up bar, I'm still afraid of falling.
There, I said it. I still have that irrational fear of falling.
I still feel like this workout is a really solid lower body workout and I'm getting to the point where I can really focus on the pull-ups and make it a good back workout too. I do 10 reps of every type of pull-up, usually 6 with both legs on the stool then 2 with my left leg on and then 2 with the right leg. I fear that I've fallen into the habit of making this too easy on myself by doing it with both legs on the stool so much but if I can make an effort to break that habit it shouldn't be too hard. It's only once a week that I need to do this!
I do think that I am making progress in the ARX video; I'm doing more reps and don't feel so exhuasted in the end. Please note that I haven't said I love this video as of right now...
