P90X Lean Day 30: Cardio X
Well, Day 30 is here. This means time for some measurements and pics, but like last time, I'll spare you the pics.
Beginning measurements are on the left, Day 30 on the right.
Weight: 151.8/148.2
Waist: 31"/30"
Hips: 42.25"/41.5"
Left Leg: 25"/25.25"
Right Leg: 25.25"/25.25"
Chest: 38"/37.25"
Right Arm: 12"/12"
Left Arm: 12"/12"
Overall I can't be too disappointed. Although it's difficult to see in the pictures, I feel like I've toned up a pretty good bit, especially in my legs. Obviously the lack of weight loss still bothers me but I can't expect too much when I'm eating 1600-1700 calories a day. I still love my carbs. I love them dearly. This phase recommends a 40% carb:40% protein:20% fat ratio, which is much more doable.
Today's workout was nothing spectacular. I did go swim for about 15 minutes before I had to teach, which was surprisingly difficult. I want to chalk it up to just not being in the mood to swim, but I honestly wonder if I'm just not in that good of shape. Hmmm...
